兔自体游离骨膜移植修复关节软骨缺损的远期效果观察

摘　　要：目的　评价自体游离骨膜移植修复关节软骨缺损的远期效果。方法　用中国白兔 2 0只 ,在股髁骨关节面制造 6mm× 8mm全层软骨缺损 ,实施自体游离骨膜移植术。术后 13个月取材做组织学及电镜观察 ,并进行评估。结果　 (1)骨膜移植组优势修复组织为透明软骨 ,对照组为纤维组织。 (2 )修复组织厚度 :骨膜移植组与毗邻软骨厚度无显著性差异 ,对照组为缺损状。 (3)修复组织覆盖缺损的面积 :骨膜移植组明显大于对照组。结论　自体游离骨膜移植对关节软骨缺损修复的远期效果良好 。Objective To evaluate the effects of articular cartilage defect repair with free auto periosteum transplantation.Methods Full thickness defects (6mm×8mm) were created in the articular surfaces of the bilateral femoral condyles of 20 Chinese white rabbits.The defects were treated with free auto periosteum transplantation.The newly formed tissues in the defects were observed under light microscopes and electron microscopes after 13 months.Results (1)The main repair tissues of the experimental group was hyaline cartilage,while that of the control group was still fibrous tissues.(2)There was no significant difference between the thickness of repair tissues and that of the neighbor cartilage,but the defects of control group were still present.(3)The covered areas of repair tissues were significant difference between the periosteum transplantation group and the control group.Conclusion The long-term effects of periosteum transplantation for repairing full-thickness articular cartilage defects were satisfactory,and the repair tissues had a long-term adaptation to joint movement and weight loading.
