鹿蹄草对两种储粮害虫成虫的毒力测定

摘　　要：用鹿蹄草 (Pyroladecorata)的萃取物对玉米象 (Sitophiluszeamais)和谷蠹(Rhizoperthadominica)进行了毒力测定。测定结果为 :玉米象 y =1.9799x + 2 .976 1,谷蠹 y=1.74 0 7x + 2 .8173,加入增效醚后 ,玉米象 y =1.86 0 3x + 3.6 897,谷蠹 y =1.5 779x + 2 .875 1。实验结果表明鹿蹄草对以上两种害虫均有毒力 ,加入增效醚 ,对玉米象的毒力有所增加 ,但对谷蠹无显著变化。xToxicity test of Pyrola decorata extract against Sitophilus oryzae and Rhizopertha dominica was carried out.The results showed that the probatility mortality regression lines for Sitophilus zeamais is y=1.9799x+ 2.9761 ,r=0.9560,LC 50 =10.5245g/L,95%confidence interval was 9.9027～11.1463g/L; Rhizopertha dominica is y=1.7407x+2.8173,r=0.9956,LC 50 =17.9432,95%confidence interval was 16.8153～19. 711g/L. In pyrola decorata extract adding intensive aether the probability mortality regression lines for Sitophilus oryzae is y=1.8603x+3.6897,r=0.9742,LC50=5.0617,95%confidence interval was 4.9399～5.1835g/L,for Rhizopertha dominica is y=1.5779x+2.8751,r=0.9867,LC 50 =22.2177,95%confidence interval was 20.2088～24.226g/L.It showed that the Pyrola decorata extract has effect,but this effect is not higher.In Pyrola decorata extract adding intensive aether,the effect against S.zeamais improved but not for R.dominica .
