摘　　要：本文对21例不能手术的食管癌患者,采用以支气管动脉为主的灌注卡铂+丝裂霉素抗癌药物治疗,取得了一定的近期疗效,达到了减轻症状、延长生命之目的,并重点对食管癌的血供、卡铂的药理作用及并发症进行了讨论。21 cases advanced cancer of the esophagus were treatment with intra-arterial drug infusion (Carboplatin, M. M. C) through the bronchial artery mainly. The results showed to have a good effects for patient in the neer future, including improving symptoms and prolong living time of the patients. The blood supply of esophageal cancer, pharmacology of Carboplatin and complications were discussed particularly.
