摘　　要：本文旨在通过众多实例,论述商标翻译的分类,并探讨消费市场国的语义特点、文化以及法律法 规对成功的商标翻译所起的决定性作用。This article is to discuss the classification of trademark translation and to probe into the decisive role that the semantic features, culture, and laws and rules of the consuming country play in the successful trademark translation.
