摘  要:通过分析当前大学生的心理特点及存在的主要心理问题 ,对心理健康教育与思想教育的区别与联系进行了必要论述 ,指出了二者在解决学生思想问题中的交互作用及心理辅导对学生思想教育工作的有益补充 ,阐述了在当前提高辅导员的心理辅导能力对于做好学生思想教育和成才引导的重要性 ,并提出了提高辅导员心理辅导能力的途径和方法。This thesis presents a distinct illustration to the difference between psychology education and ideology education on the basis of undergraduate psychological characteristics and their existing psychological problems. Apart from pointing out their mutual interaction function in solving undergraduate students' psychological problems, the thesis also points out that the psychology instruction is a beneficial supplementary to the students' ideology education. Furthermore, the thesis illustrates the importance of improving the capacity for psychological instruction as student supervisors to students' ideology education and to the achievement in their careers. Finally, the thesis sums up the approaches to improving the capacity for psychological instruction as student supervisors.
