表面角膜镜片术疗效的追踪观察

摘　　要：表面角膜镜片术(Epikeratophakia)是在去除上皮的患者角膜表面移植经切削加工成不同屈光度角膜板层移植片的一种角膜屈光手术。自Kaufman(1979)提出和Werblin(1980)作了临床报告以来,认为其效果安全而得到开展。但这项手术的中远期效果如何,Thirty-two patients (32 eyes) who received epikeratophakia were clinical observed andanalysised with the average follow up period of 22.7 months.Three eyes (11.1%) were visualacuity of postoperation between 0.5—0.9 and 12 eyes (44.5%) were under 0.1.Afterepikeratophakia 11 eyes (40.7%) had improved,but 16 eyes (59.3%) had reduced comparingwith the pre-operative correct vision by lens.The most important cause affectingpostoperative vision was large residual refractive errors,including 20 eyes (74.6%) wereundercorrection and overcorrection more than 3 D.Medical complications included interfaceopacity in 17 eyes (60.7%),graft iccenter in 2 eyes,and strabismus in 9 eyes(33.6%),whichmay also affect improvement of postoperative visual acuity.Besides this,3 eyes occured graftinfection and graft necrosis,which need surgery again.The results showed that furthertechnique improvement and research will have to make in the epikeratophakia.
