摘　　要：本文报告了病理证实的22例软骨粘液样纤维瘤,并与国内文献进行了比较和分析。本病好发于30岁以前。好发于长骨。X线表现为溶骨性或多囊状破坏,轻中度膨胀,边缘硬化,内有假小梁,病灶内钙化为17.45％,骨膜反应为25.5％,累及骨骺7.1％,病理骨折4.1％,复发10.2％,恶变4.1％。Twenty—two cases of chondromyxoid fibroma proved by pathology were reported, The comparison and analyses with the literature of our country was made. This tumor usually seen under 30 years of age. The long bone were the most frequent site. The X—ray features including: osteolytic or mulitilocular destruction, light or middle expansion, marginal sclerosis, and the pseudotrabeculaes. The calcifications in the tumor was 17.4％, the periosteal reaction was 25.5％, the involved epiphysise was 7.1％, the pathological fracture was 4.1％, the recurrent rate was 10.2％, malignant rate was 40％.
