摘　　要：本文研究了60名病人和30具尸体正常纵隔淋巴结的数目和大小。CT结果显示:隆突下淋巴结最大,平均短径6.4mm±3.1mmSD,长径7.6mm±4.1mmSD;其余各级平均短径3.4～5.5mm,长径4.1～6.4mm。每组的CT测量值与解剖测量值有着密切的对应关系。Normal lymph nodes were studied by CT in 60 patients and by dissection at autopsy in 30 cadavers. CT findings show that lymph nodes in the subcarinal regin have the largest mean transverse diameter. Its short one is 6. 4mm±3. 1mmSD,its long one 7.4mmq-4. 1mmSD; the mean transverse diameters of the lymph nodes in other regions are: the short transverse diameters between 3. 4 and 5. 5 ram,the olng ones between 4.1 and 6.4mm. The lymph node size on CT is closely corresponded with that on anatomic study in every region.
