摘　　要：目前我国护理教育除中专教育层次外 ,还有大专、本科以及研究生层次护理教育 ,各层次护理教育的培养方案逐步走向成熟 ,高等职业护理教育作为一种以突出技能培养为特点的大专层次教育 ,需要加强学生批判性思维能力和自学能力的培养 ,以适应护理专业发展的需要。at present, there are college level, undergraduate level and postgraduate level of nursing education, besides training school level in China. Training schemes of different levels of nursing education are all well developed. High professional nursing education, which is a college level education, with the characteristic of skills training, should pay attention to cultivate students' ability of critical thinking and self-study ability to suit to the needs of development of nursing specialty.
