毒品依赖者成瘾行为及与社会支持的相关研究

摘　　要：目的探讨毒品依赖者的成瘾行为及其与社会支持的关系。方法用吸毒行为及相关因素调查表和社会支持量表对143例接受戒毒治疗的吸毒人员进行调查。结果用毒频率与社会支持量表总分和客观支持分、主观支持分、对支持的利用度等均呈负相关,相关系数分别为-0.350、-0.252、-0.237、-0.325,与有吸毒欲望时的反应呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.367、0.319、0.200、0.362,但与有毒品时的反应却无明显相关。结论在预防吸毒和戒毒过程中应重视社会支持的作用。Objective To study the addictive behavior of drug addicts and its correlation with the social support. Methods 143 drug addicts in treatment were investigated and analyzed with Social Support Questionnaire and Addictive Behavior Questionnaire. Results The frequency of drug use had negative correlation with the total score,objective support, subjective support and the application of the support of the social support scale, -0. 350, - 0. 252, - 0. 237 , - 0. 325 . The response of drug use impulse had positive correlation with these scores above, the correlation coefficient are 0. 367,0. 319,0. 200 and 0. 362,but there had no significant correlation with the reactive facing the drug. Conclusion The influence of the social support in the abstinence and the preventive of the drug abuse should be paid attention to.
