摘　　要：目的 :探讨RamsayHunt综合征的诊断和治疗方法。方法 :对1999年以来收治的18例RamsayHunt综合征患者作回顾性分析 ,患者均先后出现耳痛、耳部疱疹 ,同侧周围性面瘫 ,部分患者出现其它颅神经症状 ;以抗生素 ,抗病毒药 ,扩血管药及激素冲击治疗 ,并辅于维生素、能量合剂和对症治疗。结果 :18例中 ,9例治愈 ,6例好转 ,总有效率83.3 %。结论 :RamsayHunt综合征是水痘-带状疱疹病毒所致的耳痛、耳部疱疹 ,同侧周围性面瘫三联征。对不明原因的耳部剧烈疼痛应警惕该综合征的发生 ,及时应用抗生素和激素可促进面瘫恢复 ,防止继发感染 。Objective:To discuss the method of diagnosis and treatment of th e patients with Ramsay Hunt syndrome.Methods:Retrospective analysis was conducte d on 18 cases with Ramsay Hunt syndrome.All of the 18 cases had the symptoms of otalgia,zoster oticus and ipsilateral peripheral facial paralysis,some of them d eveloped a number of symptoms due to the involvement of other cranial nerve.This disease was treated with antibiotics,antivirotic,vasodilator,and corticosteroid ballistic method,and assisted with vitamin,energy mixture,and heteropathy.Resul ts:Of 18 cases with Ramsay Hunt syndrome,9 were cured,6 were on the mend,the tot al effective rate was 83.3%.Conclusion:Ramsay Hunt syndrome is caused by varice lla-zoster virus(VZV) and has the symptoms of otalgia,zoster oticus and ipsilat eral peripheral facial paralysis called as trilogy.The patient must be on guard for suffering from the Ramsay Hunt syndrome if he has the otalgia of unknown ori gin.The antibiotic and corticosteroid are used in time,which can promote the rec overy of facial paralysis,prevent secondary infection and improve the curative e ffect.
