摘 要:目的比较三种牙体充填材料体外充填后的边缘微渗漏程度。方法选择完整离体磨牙,清洁备洞后,充填不同牙科材料,模拟口腔温度进行贮存,采用染料渗透实验,用测量显微镜观测染料渗入牙齿的程度及电镜测量充填体边缘的缝隙宽度。结果三组充填物边缘均有染料渗入,程度不等,银汞合金胶囊>光固化充填树脂(非酸蚀型)>光固化充填树脂(酸蚀型)。充填物与牙体间的缝隙宽度平均值为:银汞合佥胶囊15.78±11.55微米;光固化充填树脂(非酸蚀型)12.09±9.13微米;光固化充填树脂(酸蚀型)9.61±4.13微米。结论充填物边缘密合性以光固化充填树脂(酸蚀型)为最佳。经统计分析,与其他二组充填材料相比有非常显著性差异。Objective To compare the marginal microleakage of three dental materials after restorations in vitro. Methods Healthy extracted teeth were selected, cleaned thoroughly, prepared with holes, and then filled with three different dental restoration materials. The teeth were stored in simulated mouth temperature. The standard dye penetration test was used to observe the degree of dye penetration into the tooth under a microscope. An electronmicroscope was used to measure the space between the restorations and tooth structures. Results Dye penetration has been observed for all three groups of teeth filled with different dental materials. The degree of microleakage varied among the restoration materials that were silver amalgam capsule > photo cureable resin (non-acid) > photocureable resin (acid). The average microleakage was 15.78±11.55 microns for silver amalgam; 12.09±9.13 microns for photocureable resin ( non-acid) , and 9.61±4.13 microns for photocureable resin (acid) . The photocureable resin (acid) was significantly different from the other two dental materials ( P < 0. 01) .Conclusion Photocureable resin (acid) has the best peripheral density and exhibited less microleakage than the other restoration materials tested.
