弱视的远期疗效观察

摘　　要：我院对治疗5年以上资料完整的弱视儿童,随访观察共74例,125眼。根据弱视眼弱视性质的不同,综合各家的疗法,结合患者的具体情况,给以压抑疗法、遮盖疗法、CAM治疗。其结果125眼中痊愈85眼,治愈率68.8%,基本治愈率80%,进步25眼,进步率20%。所有患眼均有效。与以往报道比较其远期疗效较好。The authors anslysed integratedrecords of ambiyopia patients in 74 cases,125 eyes,treated more then 5 years in ourhospital.According to the specific situationof the patients,we used differentamblyopiatrics including penalyzation,occulution,CAM therapy.After trested bystatistic,the result showed that 86 eyeswere in cure (66.8%),14 eyes were in notwere improved (20%). Each patient hadbeen improved in varying degree,the totaleffective rate was 100%.Compared withother authers reports,the result demon-strated better Longrange effect.
