摘　　要：本文采用放射免疫分析法检测60例原发性闭角青光眼患者的血浆心钠素水平,并与10例健康人血浆心钠素水平进行对照。结果:试验组血浆心钠素水平明显高于对照组。试验组血浆心钠素水平与眼压呈正相关。提示血浆心钠素水平的改变是机体对眼压升高产生的一种保护性应激反应,即眼压的自身体液性调节。心钠素可能与青光眼发病有关。The ANF levels in blood plasma in 60patients with AACG and CACG weremeasured and compared with those of 10normal healthy persons.The result showed that the ANF levelsin both of AACG and CACG were higherthan those in control group significantly.The ANF levels between acute attackand interval phase in AACG,between acuteattack and CACG were significantlydifferent.There was a positive relationshipbetween lOP and the ANF levels in testedgroup.The result may come from the damageof ciliary body as a target organ or tissue.Itcould be understood a form of protectivereaction……body fluid regulation of theIOP it self.
