摘  要:目的 了解P 选择素在食管癌及区域淋巴结中的表达 ,探讨其与食管癌侵袭转移的关系 ;探讨组织芯片技术在肿瘤研究中的价值。方法 应用组织芯片技术结合免疫组化检测食管鳞癌与正常食管上皮组织中P 选择素的表达情况。结果 P 选择素在食管癌组织 ,正常食管组织中表达率分别为 5 9.3 % ,12 .5 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ;在转移淋巴结 ,非转移淋巴结中表达率分别为 92 .9% ,3 1.3 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ;P 选择素过度表达与食管鳞癌病理分级 ,TNM分期及淋巴结转移呈显著相关性。结论 P 选择素在食管鳞癌组织中表达率明显升高 ,说明其与食管癌的侵袭转移有一定关系。组织阵列技术是研究肿瘤基因改变的一种新方法 ,具有高效 ,简便及标准化的特点 ,因此目前具有其他方法无法取代的应用前景。Objective To investigate the expression of p-selectin in esophageal squamous carcinoma by tis sue chip and to investigate the signific ance of tissue chip on the study of neop lasms.Methods The expression of p- selectin in various of esophageal tissue s were studied by tissue array and immun ohistochemistry.Results (1)The expression ra te of p-selectin in esophageal squamous carcinoma,normal esophageal tissue was 5 9.3%,12.5%(P<0.05),respectively.The ex pression rate of p-selectin in metastati c lymphatic node,nonmetastatic lymphatic node was 92.9%,32.3%(P<0.05)respectiv ely.(2)There was correlation between the expressions of p-selectin and the biolo gical behavior and clinical pathological characters of esophageal neoplasm.Conclusion (1)The expression rates of p-selectin in esophageal squam ous cancer was increased.They suggest th at there be relations between P-selectin and the progession and metastasis of es ophageal squamous cancer.(2)Tissue chip is a new technology on neoplasms studies .Tissue array is high efficient convenie nt and standardized.
