摘  要:目的 探讨脱氧氟尿苷用于食管癌治疗的可行性。方法 将 60例食管癌患者分为实验组与对照组 ,手术中取食管癌组织及远癌食管组织标本 ,用核酸原位标记技术及流式细胞技术检测食管癌组织及远癌食管组织的细胞凋亡指数。结果 用核酸原位标记技术法检测实验组与对照组食管癌组织及对照组远癌食管组织的细胞凋亡指数分别为10 .0 2 3 7± 3 .40 2 4,4.64 83± 1.964 0 ,2 .60 0 0± 1.860 6;P <0 .0 5。用流式细胞技术检测食管癌组织及远癌食管组织的细胞凋亡指数分别为 16.14 0 0± 5 .0 82 8,8.8167± 3 .4899,4.62 5 0± 1.114 7;P <0 .0 5。用流式细胞技术检测实验组不同分化程度食管癌组织的细胞凋亡指数分别为 2 0 .3 1± 2 .71,9.64± 2 .3 5 ,7.0 3± 1 75 ;P <0 .0 5。结论 脱氧氟尿苷能诱导食管癌细胞凋亡 ,并可能对低分化及中分化食管癌的治疗更有效。Objective To study the availability of deoxy-floxurid ine chemotherapy in esophageal carcinom a in vivo.Methods 60 cases of esophage al carcinoma were divided to experiment and control group.Esophageal carcinoma constitution and apo-carcinoma constitut ion specimen were acquired by operation. Apoptosis exponent induction of esophage al carcinoma constitution and apo-carcin oma constitution was assayed by TUNEL an d FCM.Results Apoptosis exponent o f esophageal carcinoma constitution and apo-carcinoma constitution in experiment and control group by TUNEL were 10.0237 ±3.4024,4.6483±1.9640,2.6000±1.8606,resp ectively.(P<0.05). While apoptosis expo nent by FCM were 16.1400±5.0828,8.8167±3 .4899,4.6250±1.1147,respectively.(P<0. 05).Moreover apoptosis exponent of diffe rent differentiation esophageal carcinom a in experiment group was 20.31±2.71,9. 64±2.35,7.03±1.75,respectively.Conclusions 1.Deoxy-floxurid ine was able to induce esophageal carci noma apoptosis.2.Deoxy-floxuridine may b e have an more affection to low and medi um differentiation esophageal carcinoma.
