摘  要:本文应用放射免疫法及蛋白结合法对环核苷酸水平的测定,观察了胎盘转移因子(HP-TF)对S_(180)肉癌细胞及S_(180)移植瘤小鼠血浆cAMP及cGMP水平的影响,从环核苷酸代谢角度,探讨HP-TF与肿瘤治疗的关系。结果发现,在体外细胞培养体系中,S_(180)细胞经HP-TF处理,cAMP含量增加33.4%,cGMP/cAMP比值降低。在整体动物实验中,移植瘤小鼠血浆cAMP浓度降低,cGMP/cAMP比值升高,注射HP-TF者,与肿瘤对照组比较,cAMP浓度增加274.5%,cGMP/cAMP比值显著下降。实验表明,HP-TF具有增加肿瘤细胞及移植瘤小鼠血浆cAMP浓度,降低cGMP/cAMP比值的作用。In order to explore the relationship between human placenta transfer factor (HP-TF) and malignant tumor treatment, a study has been made to deal with the effect of HP-TF on levels of cAMP and cGMP in S_(180) cell and plasma of the mouse with transplanted S(180) tumor on the basis of cyclic nucleotide metabolism. Levels of cyclic nucleotides were determined by radioi- mmunoassay. Resuits indicated higher cAMP content in S_(180) cells treated with HP-TF than that of the control cells, but the ratio of cGMP/cAMP was lower than that of the control. In vivo, the cAMP concentration in plasma of the mouse with transplanted S_(180) tumor was slightly lower than that of the control group, yet with a higher cGMP/cAMP ratio. When the mice with S_(180) tumor were injected with HP-TF, their cAMP concentration increased by 274.% over the tumor control group but the ratio of cGMP/cAMP lowered greatly. Our study suggests that HP-TF can enhance the level of the cAMP and decrease the cGMP/cAMP ratio in S_(180) cells and the plasma of mice with S_(180) tumor.
