摘 要:目的 :评估低场MR液体衰减反转恢复 (FLAIR)序列诊断颅内柔脑膜转移瘤的价值。材料和方法 :回顾性分析3 0例颅内柔脑膜转移瘤的FLAIR序列平扫与T1WI常规剂量增强扫描的表现。结果 :T1WI增强扫描检出柔脑膜转移瘤12 8个 ,而FLAIR检出 117个 ,T1WI增强扫描检出病灶较FLAIR序列敏感 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;T1WI增强扫描明确所有病灶边界 ,而FLAIR序列对所有病灶的边界显示不清。结论 :对于颅内柔脑膜转移瘤的低场MR诊断 ,T1WI增强扫描优于FLAIR序列。Purpose: To evaluate the value of FLAIR(Fluid attenuated inversion recovery) sequence in diagnosing intracranial leptomeningeal metastasis on low field MRI. Materials and Methods: The features of the leptomenigeal metastasis on FLAIR sequence and contrasted enhanced T1WI in 30 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 128 leptomeningeal metastatic lesions were detected on contrast enhanced T1WI while 117 lesions were detected on FLAIR sequence. The sensitivity of contrast enhanced T1WI in detecting leptomeningeal metastasis was higher than that of FLAIR sequence(P<0.05). The border of the metastatic lesions was clearer on contrast enhanced T1WI than that on FLAIR sequence. Conclusion: Contrast enhanced T1WI is better than FLAIR sequence in diagnosing intracranial leptomeningeal metastasis on low field MRI.
