摘　　要：　对两墨辊控制的胶印油墨从分离、计量上进行了分析,并运用有限元方法建模,给出了不同胶印油墨的油墨粘度、墨辊速度比、墨辊间隙与墨膜厚度、计量墨层厚度比率与墨辊速度比率的比例关系。并用实验对分析结果加以验证。The offsetink separated and metered by two rollers was analyzed. Finiteelement analysis was applied in inkflow modeling. Different offsetink viscosity, roller speed ration, gap width of two rollers, inkfilm thickness and the dependence of the metered inkfilm thickness ratio from the roller's speed ratio were analyzed and reported. The results were verified by experiments.
