摘　　要：目的 :探讨口腔粘膜癌前病变p5 3蛋白过度表达与人类乳头状病毒 (HPV)和EB病毒 (EBV)感染。 方法 :应用免疫组织化学DAB法及PCR对 33例口腔粘膜癌前病变组织和 34正常口腔粘膜组织 p5 3蛋白、HPV、EBV进行检测。结果 :(1) 33例口腔粘膜癌前病变中 ,10例 p5 3蛋白过度表达 ,阳性表达率为 30 .3% ,3例HPV感染阳性 ,阳性率为 9.0 9% ;正常口腔粘膜没有检测到p5 3蛋白过度表达和HPV感染 ,二者比较有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 1)。 (2 ) 33例口腔粘膜癌前病变组织和 34正常口腔粘膜组织没有检测到EBV病毒感染。 结论 :口腔粘膜癌前病变存在p5 3蛋白过度表达和人类乳头状病毒 (HPV)感染。Objective: To detect the p53 protein, human papilloma virus (HPV) and Epstein-Barr virus(EBV) in the epithelial dysplasia of oral mucosa, and determine if oral epithelial dysplasia showed the over-expression of p53 protein and the infection of HPV and EBV virus. Methods: The expression of p53 protein, HPV and EBV were carried out by immunohistochemistry and PCR in 33 cases of oral epithelial dysplasia, 34 cases of normal oral mucosa tissue. Results: (1) The expression of p53 protein in the cases of oral Epithelial Dysplasia was 30.3%, significantly higher than it in the normal oral mucosa (P< 0.05). (2) HPV DNA can be detected in the cases of oral epithelial dysplasia, the infection rate was 9.09%. Conclusions: There are over-expression of p53 protein and HPV infection in the cases of oral epithelial dysplasia.
