摘　　要：从溅渣护炉操作、产品质量、冶炼成本三方面阐述了钢水过氧化现象带来的危害 ,并就造成过氧化现象的原因进行了较为系统的分析 ,指出原材料供给、生产组织、工艺路线及工艺制度存在的局限性 ,提出了相应看法和改进措施。The writers introduced the damage of molten steel overoxidation from slag-splashing for furnace maintenance、product quality and smeliting cost,and systematically analyzes the reasons of overoxidation,pointed out the limitation in the raw materials supply、yielding organization、technology route and technology institution,presented the relevant view and improvement measure.
