摘　　要：随着高校管理体制改革和布局结构调整,高校办学的规模不断扩大,一个学校常有多个校区,且地理位置分散,传统的办公方式难以做到各类信息迅速上传下达并得到有效处理,这就要求研发新型的自动化办公系统,高校职称评审管理系统就是其中一个典型的应用。该系统以信息管理系统为指导,在详细分析管理员和用户现阶段需求的基础上,给出基于B／S模式(Browse/Web Server／database,最新的瘦客户机模式)的高校职称评审管理系统的结构模型,并据此开发了高校职称评审管理系统。With the reform of management systems and rearrangement of the college distributions, the traditional personnel office operating systems can not meet the college-expanding needs, and the information between the personnel office and the sub-departments can not be conveyed so smoothly. Therefore, a more efficient professional title grading management system is appealing to be applied. This new created system analyses the specific needs of the administrators and the clients, which is guided by an information management system and based on the B/S model (Browse/ Web Server/Database).
