即刻种植体19例近期临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察即刻种植同时使用生物活性玻璃的临床疗效。方法19颗符合条件的上前牙行即刻种植术,采用钛芯羟基磷灰石二段式人工牙根,在种植体和拔牙窝间填塞生物活性玻璃,术后3～6个月行粘固式金瓷冠修复,复查摄定位根尖片。结果18颗成功,占94.74%,X线片显示术后3个月种植体和牙槽骨形成骨整合;失败1颗。结论即刻种植时填塞生物活性玻璃可促进骨整合形成,是一种可行和有良好应用前景的方法。Objective: To observe the clinical effects of immediately implantated dental. Methods: HA-Ti implants were immediately implanted in the mesial roots of 19 maxillary anterior teeth sockets. The defects around the implants were filled with the bioactive glass(BAG).The prostheses were made with porcelain fused to mental crowns(PFM) at 3～6 months postoperatively. Results: Eighteen cases showed successful results and 1 case failed. Radiographical examination showed that the bone defects around implants were substituted by new bone at 3 months postoperatively. Conclusion: Immediate implants could obtain good osseointegration and the use of BAG could promote obviously bone formation in defects around implants. It may be an ideal method for the use of BAG simultaneously with immediate implantation.
