摘　　要：氧化锆氧传感器已经广泛地应用于汽车尾气排放反馈控制系统中。我们在发动机台架上对自制的氧化锆氧传感器进行了性能测试。得到并分析了传感器的升温激活时间、响应性能和电动势输出以及在不同波动频率下的波形图。结果表明,其能满足实际应用的要求。Zirconia oxygen sensors have been applied to monitor and control exhaust in automobile industry. The prepared sensors are tested in engine bench to gain essential performance. The basic functions such as light-off-time, electromotive force output, response time and oscillograph trace under four different frequencies are obtained and analysed. The results of oxygen sensor in engine bench test can meet demand of practical application.
