摘 要:为选择发电机定子绝缘剩余寿命评估的特征量,测量了运行23年的发电机定子线棒局部放电、tanδ和击穿电压等参量,分析了非破坏性参量与击穿电压的关系,并根据绝缘老化机理和过程,得出了tanδ、Δtanδ、S+k,S-k, Asy等5个特征参量。分析发现第一主成分中上述参量的比重较大,证明它们能较好预测绝缘的老化状态。In order to obtain the characteristic parameters to evaluate the remaining life of insulation of generator bar, partial discharge (PD), dielectric loss and breakdown experiments had been carried out on stator bars of the generator which had worked for 23 years. By these experiments, the relations between nondestructive parameters and breakdown voltage are analyzed. Aided by the aging cause and process, five parameters (tanδ, Δtanδ, sk+, sk-, Asy) are put forward as characteristic parameters. Through principal components analysis on those parameters, it is found that the above five parameters dominate considerably in the first principal component and so it is validated that this parameter set could predict the aging state of insulation credibly.
