Reduction of 1,3-Dinitrobenzene to 3,3′-Dinitroazoxybenzene with β-Cyclodextrin/NaOH System

摘  要:在β-CD/碱(即β-环糊糊/NaOH)复合体系中,间二硝基苯还原为3,3′-二硝基氧化偶氮苯,反应温度55℃,产率为60%.文章研究了反应温度对产率的影响,实验表明:当反应温度超过70℃时,产率明显的下降,同时讨论了β-CD在反应中的作用.初步认为,β-CD具有疏水性空腔,与各种客体分子形成包结物,促进了间二硝基苯的选择性还原.该反应条件温和,操作简便,以水为反应介质,避免了有机溶剂对环境的污染.1,3-Dinitrobenzene could be reduced to 3,3′-dinitroazoxybenzene with β-cyclodextrin/NaOH system at 55 ℃ in 60 % yields.The relation between the reaction temperature and the yield was studied.The result indicated that the yield decreased obviously when the reaction temperature was more than 70 ℃.And the possible function of β-cyclodextrin was discussed.We believed tentatively that β-cyclodextrin with hydrophobic cavities could form inclusion complexes with a variety of guest molecules and promote selective reduction of 1,3-dinitrobenzene.The reactive conditions was moderate and the operation was simple and convenient.The synthetic method using water as the reaction medium may avoid the environmental pollution from organic solvent.
