摘　　要：介绍了高皂化值GP-600型高润滑性硅钢轧制油的研制过程及工业应用情况。GP-600硅钢轧制油在武汉钢铁集团公司硅钢片厂ZR2机组上的应用表明,该轧制油具有良好的润滑性、冷却性、防锈性、脱脂性及抗氧化稳定性,提高了轧钢产量、板面质量,降低了油耗、能耗。The development process and commercial application of GB-600 silicon steel rolling oil with high saponification value and lubricity are expounded. The application in the ZR2 rolling mill of silicon steel plant of Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Corp., shows that the silicon steel rolling oil is characterized by excellent performance of lubricating, cooling, anti-rusting, degreasing and and-oxidation. The output of rolling steel and slab quality have been increased and the consumption of lube oil and energy reduced.
