摘　　要：网络环境从根本上改变了图书馆的工作内容、服务方式和服务手段。对网络环境下图书馆员的社会角色进行重新认识和定位,已成为图书馆现代化建设的当务之急,文章对网络环境下图书馆的多元化社会角色进行了综合分析,总结了网络环境下我国图书馆馆员队伍存在的主要问题,探讨了网络环境下图书馆员转变社会角色的主要途径。The environment of network radically changes the task,service mode and means of the library. It makes the social role of librarians under circumstance of network re-recognized and re-oriented, which has become the urgent affair in the construction of modern libraries. This article analyses the multi-role of librarians under circumstance of network, makes a conclusion of the major problems in the library staff in China and tries to propose some possible ways for the change of the social role of librarians under cirumstance of network.
