摘　　要：在国民经济可持续发展中 ,生态环境系统的维持、恢复和重建是最重要的治本内容之一。如何在工程项目中评价其生态环境系统的作用 ,是一个亟待解决的问题。从生态环境的内涵定义出发 ,对其生态环境系统中的自然资源核算体系进行了分析 ,给出了评价生态环境系统的途径和方法 ,探讨了生态环境建设与经济最优化和效益最大化的关系。Maintaining restoring and reconstructing of the ecological environmental system are one of the most important essential contents in continued growth of national economy.It is demanded to prompt solution how to evaluate the influence of ecological environmental system in project.This paper analyses the accounting system of natural resources,provide accessing path and method,discuss the relation of ecological environmental construction and optimum of economic results in the ecological environmental system from the intension definition of ecological environment.
