摘　　要：通过对比研究中外高等职业教育理论与实践发展的最新成果,指出建立高职教育督学机制的必要性和紧迫性,阐述教育督学机构的基本模式及特征,提出我国高职教育督学机制的调整策略.要求寻找行政管理与市场调节的平衡点,调整并完善教育督学机制的职能,建立起统一、合理的质量评估体系,建立全天候、立体式信息数据库.The authors put forward the necessity and urgence of constructing the inspectorate mechanism on higher vocational education, state the basic pattern and the characteristics of the education inspectorate mechanism, state the adjusting tactics of the education inspectorate mechanism of higher vocational education in China, set a demand to look for the balance between the administration management and the market adjustment, adjust and perfect the function of the education inspectorate mechanism, build the united and reasonable quality evaluation system, and build the whole weather and solid information data-base.
