摘　　要：目的 :探讨美多心安和 β 环糊精能否形成包合物 .方法 :通过共沉淀法合成了美多心安—β 环糊精包合物 ,并使用红外光谱方法加以鉴定 .结果 :证明了美多心安—β 环糊精包合物的形成 .结论 :β 环糊精包合物和亲水性物质也能形成包合物 .To study the possibility of formation of the inclusion compound of metoprolol and β-cyclodextrin.Metoprolol/cyclodextrin inclusion compound was prepared by the co-precipitation method,and its structure was examined by IR spectra.The formation of the inclusion compound was proved.The inclusion complex was also formed by β-cyclodextrin and water solubles.
