摘　　要：主要介绍无模型控制器在MTBE装置碳四精馏塔、甲醇回收塔的塔盘 /塔底温度控制方面的应用,并对实际使用效果进行分析。The temperature of tray/bottom is very important for C4 fractionate tower and carbinol reclaim tower in MTBE unit of Lanzhou petrochemical company. Because of fluctuant temperature, the qualified ratio of MTBE and the purity of carbinol have been reduced, so the model-free adaptive controller is introduced into MTBE unit, include C4 fractionate tower and carbinol reclaim tower, the temperature of both tray and bottom can be controlled, the application effect is analyzed.
