干法低密度纤维板常规热压传热研究

摘　　要：采用常规热压方式对干法低密度纤维板进行热压传热研究 ,通过测定其热压过程中板坯中心层的温度 ,分析了热压温度、板坯含水率、板材厚度及板材密度与低密度纤维板中心层升温速度的关系 ,得出了干法低密度纤维板常规热压传热的基本规律。By means of conventional hot pressing,dry fiber was pressed to make into low density fiberboard.The temperature of its mat′s central layer were measured and noted in the pressing process.Based on the data of experiments,the relations between the rising velocity of mat′s central layer′s temperature and moisture content of mats,thickness,density of panels,hot pressing temperature were analyzed.Basic law of heat conduction of dry-process low density fiberboard by conventional hot pressing methods was obtained in this paper.
