摘 要:本研究以湖北省78个县、市为研究对象,用单因素及多因素分析方法探讨了土壤微量元素含量与胃癌死亡率的关系,直线相关分析表明镍、锌、钡、铅、锆、铌、铁和磷与胃癌死亡率有显著性相关;逐步回归分析在a=0.1时,铜、锆、铁、钴和铌5因素被选入回归方程,它们是与胃癌死亡率有统计学联系的主要因素。Abstract This article analysis the relationship between the mortality of the gastric cancer and the contents of the soil microelements by using single-variate and multivariate methodes in the 78 counties and cities of HuBei province. The result of the research show that the correlation coefficients (r) of 8 factors with mortality of gastric cancer are statistically significant (two-sided, test, P< 0.05). these factors are nickel (r= 0. 2621), zinc (r= -0. 5065), barium (r= 0. 2983), lead (r= 0. 2838), zirconium (r= 0. 5181), niobium (r= -0. 4104), iron (r= 0.4536) and phosphorus (r= -0.2460). The stepwise regression analysis show that when significant level is 0. 10, the factors selected in to multiple regression equation are zirconium, cobalt, iron and niobium. These five factiors are the most important among all soil microelements in this research.
