基于Pro/E模具拆模问题的研究

摘　　要：以Pro/E为平台 ,针对模具拆模过程中经常出现破孔的问题 ,论述了注射模具拆模的基本原理、流程、分模面的设计 ,以及分模面设计中填补破孔的三种主要方法 ,包括定义“环闭合”、定义“填充环”和构建曲面片 。Aim at the problem that the broken hole usually appears in demoulding, the process and key technology of demoulding based on Pro/E are described. The basic principle, process and die parting surface design of demouding of injection mould are discussed. And three kinds of main methods to fill up broken hole in the design, including definition of “loop closure”, definition of “fill loop” and construction of curved surface slice are summarized, and the merits and shortcomings of the three methods are presented.
