摘　　要：以往对门极可关断晶闸管电流放大系数的研究主要集中在定性分析.通过利用少子连续性方程,计算出在导通情况下GTO等效PNP晶体管的电流放大系数的公式,并分析其影响电流放大系数的因素,并确定出电流放大系数是由GTO的物理参数,结构参数等因素所决定.We researched mainly on Gate Turn-off Thyristor in qualitative analysis before. In this paper, we calculate the current amplify coefficient (α) formula of the equal P-N-P transistor of GTO with minority carriers continuity equation, and discuss the factors of effecting the current amplify coefficient, and ascertain that the current amplify coefficient is determined by physics factors and structure factors of GTO.
