摘　　要：针对我国现阶段制造企业计算机集成制造系统 (computerintegratedmanufacturingsystem,CIMS)工程项目的实施状况,选取了国内 72家已实施CIMS工程项目的样本企业,通过调研得出综合分析结果;对准备实施CIMS工程项目的企业做出管理咨询预评价。对已实施工程项目CIMS工程项目样本企业的有效的聚类分析后,对待评企业进行正确的归类和预评价,判断企业以现有条件是否该上CIMS工程项目,若以现有条件暂不适宜上CIMS工程项目,则在进行管理基础改善后再做评价。In allusion to the CIMS (computer integrated manufacturing system) implementation situation of Chinese manufacturers nowadays, this paper chose and surveyed 72 enterprises having implemented CIMS to draw comprehensive analysis conclusions. It has made the Pre-EMC(pre-evaluation of management consultation) model for the enterprises that prepare to implement CIMS project. According to the comprehensive investigation in to the sample enterprises having carried out CIMS project, it made the accurate categorization and Pre-EMC and decided if it is worth carrying out CIMS project for an enterprise with its existing conditions. If the conditions now available were not suitable for the enterprise to carry out CIMS project, Pre-EMC model could also help to decide whether to implement CIMS engineering after management improvement.
