摘  要:以1,3.5-三[(2-羟基-3-氯代)丙烷]均三嗪(THCPIC)为基本单体,采用就地聚合方式在酸或碱催化下自聚成膜,或加入第二单体二元胺、二元酸等共聚成膜,制备出几种复合反渗透膜。叔胺2,4,6-三[(二甲氨基)甲基]苯酚对1,3,5-三[(2-羟基-3-氯代)丙烷]均三嗪与哌嗪的共聚成膜反应有良好的催化促进作用。该膜在2.8MPa 操作压力下对天津市自来水的脱盐率达99%以上,水通量大于50L/m^2·h,耐氯性能良好,对高盐度苦成水也有良好的脱盐性能。A composite reverse osmosis membrane was made with in situ polymerization reaction on the surface of polysulfone support by homopolymerization from 2,4,6-tri(2-hydroxy-3-chloride) Propane-1,3,5-triazine and copolymerization reaction with second monomer,for example,di- amine、binary acid under the condition of acid or base catalysis The polymerization catalyst 2,4,6- tri[(dimethylamino)methyl]phenol was of benefit to the copolymerization reaction of 2,4,6-tri (2-hydroxy-3-chloride)propane-1,3,5-triazine and piperazine.The separation properties of this membrane were discussed.The flux and salt rejection of this membrane were about 50 1/(cm^2· h)and 99% or over respectively,at the op crating pressure of 2.8 MPa and with of tapwater in Tianjin as feed.In addition,the measure ment results showed that this membrane could provide a good separation performance for brackish water desalination and dechlorination.
