摘　　要：本文介绍了进口混床国产树脂三层混床化的方法及其运作,分析了混床树脂颗粒的分层过程中的受力情况,提出了混床树脂分层的层流理论。从而找到了三层混床树脂的有效分层方法,为三层混床的普遍推广应用、提高二层混床树脂的分层效果提供了一种行之有效的方法。This paper investigates into the method and mechanism of 3—layer mixing of locally produced resins on imported polishing mixed bed, analyses mechanics of resin grains in the course of lamination and has developed a laminar flow theory of resin lamination on the mixed bed. As a result, an effective resin lamination method is developed on the 3—layermixed bed. This will promote popular application of the 3—layer mixed bed and will improve the lamination effect of the 2—layer resin ones.
