摘  要:目的:比较飞蓬属五种植物中总黄酮及灯盏乙素(scutellarin)的含量;建立灯盏乙素的RP-HPLC测定法。方法:以芦丁为对照品,比色法测定总黄酮的含量;采用ODS柱,甲醇-水-冰醋酸(38:62:0.8)为流动相,检测波长335nm,测定灯盏乙素的含量。结果:四川产的多舌飞蓬中总黄酮含量最高,四川产的飞蓬中灯盏乙素含量最高。结论:所建立的灯盏乙素的RP-HPLC测定法准确,简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,可以用于飞蓬属多种植物中的灯盏乙素的含量测定。同时为我们进一步开发飞蓬属植物提供了理论依据。Objective:Tocompare with the content of total flavonoids and scutellarin, and to establish a method to determine scutellarin by RP-HPLC.Methods:To take Rutin as reference,and determined total flavonoids by vis colorimetric analysis;The sample was separated on an ODS- 18 column,The mobile phase was methanol -waterice acetic acid(38:62:0.8).The determination wavelength was 335nm.Results:total flavonoids was the highest in Erigeron multiradiatus, and the content of scutillarin in Erigeron acer was higher than others.Conclusions:The methods were precise, convenient, reproducible for determination of scutellarin in Erigeron genus.At the same time, it give us some scientific information for developing them further.
