摘　　要：目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定佐米曲坦薄膜衣片含量的方法。方法:采用Zorbax SB C_(18)(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)为固定相,以乙腈-水-三氟醋酸-三乙胺(400∶1600∶2∶0.5)为流动相,检测波长为225nm。结果:在0.1-2.0μg范围内,主药峰面积与进样量线性良好,r=0.999(n=7)。方法的回收率为99.9%,RSD为1.0%(n=9)。结论:该法准确可靠,专属性强,能满足制剂质量标准的要求。Objective:To establish a method of determination the content of zolmitriptan tablets by HPLC. Method:The Zorbax SB-C_(18) column (4. 6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used, acetonitrile-water-trifluoacetic acid-triethylamine(400:1600:2:0. 5)as the mobile phase,at a flow rate of 1.0mL·mih^(-1) ,at detection wavelength 225 nm.Results:The linearity of peak area was good when the injected quantity of zolmitriptan was in the range of 0.1-2.0μg( r=0.999,n=7). The recovery of the method was 99. 9% ,RSD was 1.0%. Conclusion:The method is specific, accurate and convenient, and can be used for quality control of zolmitriptan tablets.
