摘　　要：本文简单评论了现有的矩阵微分法的定义及结论.在此基础上给出了一种新的矩阵微分定义。We present a new definition of matrix differential and the corresponding operation formula of matrix differential calculation by reviewing the concurrent definition and related conclusions of matrix differential calcalus.
