摘　　要：对房地产投资环境的评价是房地产公司进行投资决策,获得投资效益的重要依据.传统的投资环境评价方法都是在固定权重的情况下对投资环境进行评价,主观性强.本文运用BP神经网络构建房地产投资环境评价模型,提高了评价的智能化程度,并针对BP网络的缺点,提出了改进方法.The appraisal of the investment circumstances underlie s t he success of real estate development.The methods of the traditional investment circumstances evaluation all at the fix power have the strong subjective.This pa p er,by the construction of the model to evaluate the investment circumstances for real estate development based on the modified back-propagation network,incr eases the intelligent degree of the evaluation.Some improvement is made combining with the weakness of the BP network.
