摘 要:研究杏鲍菇多糖对力竭小鼠抗氧化、抗损伤的影响。方法 :建立灌服杏鲍菇多糖的力竭游泳小鼠实验模型 ,测定小鼠安静时心肌、肝脏、骨骼肌谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -Px)活性 ,安静时、力竭后以上 3种组织的MDA水平 ,力竭后小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶 (GPT)、谷草转氨酶 (GOT)、肌酸激酶 (CK)活性。结果安静时心肌、肝脏、骨骼肌MDA对照组与多糖组差异不显著 ,P >0 .0 5 ;心肌GSH -Px活性对照组与多糖组差异不显著 ,P >0 .0 5 ;肝脏GSH -Px活性多糖组明显高于对照组 ,P <0 .0 5 ;骨骼肌GSH -Px活性多糖组明显高于对照组P <0 .0 5。力竭后心肌、肝脏、骨骼肌 3种组织MDA水平多糖组均明显低于对照组 ,分别为P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 5 ;血清GPT活性多糖组明显低于对照组P <0 .0 5 ;血清CK活性多糖组明显低于对照组P <0 .0 1,差异极显著。表明 :杏鲍菇多糖对力竭小鼠具有明显抗氧化作用 ,对肝脏、骨骼肌有明显抗损伤作用。The purpose of this article is to study the effect of pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide on exhausted mice’s resistance to oxidation and injury.Method:An experimental model of exhausted swimming mice fed with pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide was established to measure the activities of GSH-Px in myocardium,liver and skeletal muscle of mice at rest,MDA levels of the three said tissues of mice at rest and exhaustion,and the activities of GPT,GOT,CK of mice at exhaustion.When the mice were at rest,the difference between the MDA levels of myocardium,liver and skeletal muscle of the mice in comparative group and those of the mice in polysaccharide group was not obvious,where P>0.05;the difference of the activity of GSH-Px in myocardium of the mice in comparative group and that of the mice in polysaccharide group was not obvious,where P>0.05;the activity of GSH-Px in liver of the mice in polysaccharide group was obviously greater than that of the mice in comparative group,where P<0.05;the activity of GSH-Px in skeletal muscle of the mice in polysaccharide group was obviously greater than that of the mice in comparative group,where P<0.05.After the mice were exhausted,the MDA levels of the three tissues of myocardium,liver and skeletal muscle of the mice in polysaccharide group were obviously higher than those of the mice in comparative group,where P<0.01,P<0.05 and P<0.05 respectively;the activity of GPT in serum of mice in polysaccharide group was obviously lower than that of the mice in comparative group,where P<0.05;the activity of CK in serum of mice in polysaccharide group was obviously lower than that of the mice in comparative group,where P<0.01,and the difference was extremely remarkable.The results indicated that pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide was provided with a remarkable effect on mice’s resistance to oxidation and on liver’s and skeletal muscle’s resistance to injury.
