摘　　要：本文讨论了不同的合作方式,提出了非分工合作与直接合作的概念,并认为在企业中大量存在的非分工合作与直接合作是企业区别于市场的特殊性质,而且非分工合作与直接合作也是集体学习和集体知识的逻辑起点。This article discussed the types of cooperate. Put forward the concepts of no-division cooperate and direct cooperate. This article thought that no-division cooperate and direct cooperate are the special nature of firm and no-division cooperate and direct cooperate also are the logic starting point of collective study.
