摘　　要：目的:评价胸骨横断第二肋间切口胸腺切除术治疗重症肌无力(MG)的效果.方法:胸骨横断第二肋间切口胸腺切除术治疗MG365例,总结手术效果.结果:手术时间(70.4±18.6)min,术中出血(60.6±21.4)ml,术后多功能监护24～72 h.术后引流(90.9±32.6)ml.48 h内均拔引流管,未因疼痛而用镇痛药者.无术后活动性出血需2次手术者.伤口Ⅰ/甲级愈合.术后发生危象36例,其中28例治愈,5例自动出院,3例死亡.随访1～7个月,无胸骨畸形愈合.结论:上述术式疗效好,创伤小,美容效果佳.Aim: To evaluate the efficacy of thymectomy by sternum transverse in second spatium intercostale incision in treatment of MG.Methods: A total of 365 patients with MG underwent thymectomy by sternum transverse in second spatium intercostale incision. Results: The operation time was (70.4±18.6) min, and blood loss in operation was(60.6±21.4) ml.Drainage volume was (90.9±32.6) ml.The patients were monitored for 24 to 72 hours. No patients used alegesic drugs for pains. Thirty six developed myasthenic crisis,among which,28 were cured,5 were out of the hospital,and 3 died.Conclusion:This operation method can produce good operative results with limited surgical trauma and excellent cosmetical effects.
