摘　　要：目的:探讨卵巢上皮性癌组织中内皮抑素mRNA的表达情况.方法:应用半定量RT-PCR技术分别检测正常卵巢组织(13例)及卵巢上皮性癌组织(35例)中内皮抑素mRNA的表达.35例卵巢癌组织中,浆液性囊腺癌22例,粘液性囊腺癌8例,子宫内膜样癌5例.按1988年FIGO标准临床分期,Ⅰ期7例,Ⅱ期5例,Ⅲ期15例,Ⅳ期8例.结果:卵巢癌组织内皮抑素mRNA相对表达量高于正常卵巢组织(P＜0.05),并且Ⅲ～Ⅳ期卵巢癌组织表达量高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期(P＜0.05).不同组织类型及分化程度癌组织间内皮抑素mRNA表达量差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:卵巢上皮性癌组织中内皮抑素mRNA表达上调,其含量的变化可能与卵巢癌的发生发展有关.Aim: To study the expression of endostatin mRNA in epithelial ovarian cancer tissue. Methods: RT-PCR method was used to examine and quantitate the expression of endostatin mRNA in 13 cases of normal ovarian tissue and 35 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer tissue. Results:The expression of endostatin mRNA in epithelial ovarian cancer tissue was higher than that of normal ovarian tissue(P<0.05), and that in tissue at stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ was higher than that of tissue at stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ (P<0.05). The differences of mRNA expression in different type and differentiated ovarian cancers were not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: The elevated expression of endostatin mRNA may relate to the development of epithelial ovarian cancer.
