不同诊治时间对视神经挫伤患者的疗效影响及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨视神经损伤后诊治时间与药物治疗效果的关系及相关护理。方法对42例42眼伤后不同时间诊治的视神经挫伤患者采取相应的药物治疗并观察其疗效,同时做好心理护理及相关护理。结果伤后在7d内治疗的27例患者中17例视力有不同程度提高,伤后在7d以后治疗的15例患者中只有2例视力有不同程度提高,42例患者均无出现严重药物不良反应,能主动配合治疗。结论视神经挫伤患者治疗后视力能否恢复与视神经受损程度及早期诊治有密切关系,护理上应做好心理护理和相关护理。Objective To explore the relationship between different treatment time after optic nerve injury and medicine curative effect as well as relevant nursing. Mehtods 42 eyes in 42 patients with different treatment time were given corresponding medicine treatment. Their curative effect were observed, meanwhile, mental care and relevant nursing were also performed. Results Visual acuity of 17 among 27 patients who received treatment within 7 days after trauma were improved, while only 2 out of 15 patients who received treatment improved their visual acuity exceeded 7 days after trauma. No severe medicine side effect was found in all 42 patients, and all of them cooperated well during treatment. Conclusion The recovery of visual acuity of patients with optic neuron contusion is closely related to the degree of trauma and treatment time. The psychological nursing and related nursing should be performed well.
