摘 要:在分析河流生态系统特征的基础上,从河流生态系统的非生态变量和生态变量角度研究了大坝对河流生态系统等方面的影响,认为大坝在发挥调蓄区域水资源、降低洪涝灾害、获得清洁能源等重要作用的同时,也对河流系统水文情势、形态、地貌、水质以及生态环境产生了不利影响,并建议大坝建设者和管理者通过应用现代技术、深入开展环境影响评价、制定利于生态环境的大坝运作模式等手段来减轻大坝对河流生态系统环境等方面的影响,实现可持续发展.Based on an analysis of the characteristics of riverine ecosystem, the environmental impact of dam construction was discussed from the angles of ecological variables and non-ecological variables of riverine ecosystem. It is considered that a dam plays an important role in adjustment and storage of regional water resources, mitigation of flood disasters, and generation of clean power source, meanwhile it has some negative impacts on the water regime, landform, physiognomy, water quality, and entironment. Finally, it is suggested that the dam builders and managers should implement environmental impact assessment and work out an effective dam operation mode with the help of contemporary techniques, so as to alleviate the negative environmental impact of dam construction on riverine ecosystem and to ensure the sustainable development of the ecosystem.
