陶瓷刀具切削硬质材料的研究

摘　　要：通过采用陶瓷刀具FG - 1、LT5 5、SG - 4切削淬硬工具钢T10A和采用LT5 5陶瓷刀具切削铬基合金的切削试验 ,研究了FG - 1、LT5 5、SG - 4三种陶瓷刀具切削淬硬工具钢T10A的切削性能 ,并得出陶瓷刀具LT5 5切削铬基合金时比较理想的切削参数。By the experience machining hardened carbon tool steel T10A with ceramic tools FG-1,SG-4,LT55 and the experience machining Cr-alloy with ceramic tools LT55 ,cutting performances of the three ceramic tools in machining hardened carbon tool steel T10A were investigated ,as well as the better cutting parametre were get in machining Cr-alloy with ceramic tool LT55.
